Using points and miles
Frequent flyers can redeem airline points or miles directly for flights to Denpasar, for example a London–Singapore–Bali round trip with little out of pocket. It is a good way to save on honeymoon flights.

Currency and exchange
Prices are shown in your local currency where possible, with major international currencies available. If your card is from a foreign bank, your bank converts the amount at its own rate.

Can I use airline miles to book my flights?
Yes. We process redemptions from various airline loyalty programmes and apply your miles to the fare. Check that your programme is eligible and read its redemption terms.
Is there a fee for paying by credit card?
We charge no extra fee. Your card provider may add a foreign transaction fee if the card’s currency differs from the payment, so check with your bank first.
What if my card is declined?
Check the card number, expiry date, CVV and your available credit. If it still fails, call your bank; it may need to approve a large or international payment.
